BarStar is the trade name of OutcomeForge, a sole proprietorship, which operates photo booths in bars and venues under this name. Using a BarStar booth means you accept these terms.

The service

BarStar operates photo booths in bars and venues. You start a session at the booth, it takes your photographs, and it gives you a private link to them. Where a session is paid, the price is shown on the booth before you start.

Your photos

Your photographs remain yours. You give us permission to store them and to make them available at your private link for as long as that link lives (7 days). We do not display them anywhere else unless you separately agree to it — see Privacy — which is optional and off by default.

Acceptable use

Do not use the booth to create material that is unlawful, or that depicts anyone who has not agreed to be photographed. Venue staff may end a session.

SMS terms and conditions

The BarStar photo-delivery text program sends a private link to the photos from your session only when you enter your own mobile number, tick the consent box and ask the booth to text it to you. Message frequency is one message per request. Messages are transactional, not recurring or marketing. See Text messages for the complete opt-in flow.

  1. Program. BarStar photo delivery, sent by OutcomeForge trading as BarStar: one text message with a private link to the photos from your session.
  2. Opting in. Only by typing your own mobile number on the booth, ticking the unticked consent box, and tapping TEXT IT TO ME. Consent to receive a text is not a condition of using the booth or of any purchase.
  3. Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages.
  4. Help. Reply HELP for help and customer support, or email [email protected].
  5. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Frequency. One message per photo session you request.
  7. Rates. Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

Availability

The booth is provided as-is. Equipment in a busy venue occasionally fails; if a session does not complete, speak to venue staff. Photo links expire on the schedule above, so save anything you want to keep.
